senior renewable energy executive with over 20 years of international experience, I have delivered more than 3GW of utility-scale wind, solar and BESS projects across Australia, Africa and New Zealand, and developed a further 2GW in Australia. I am known for combining strategic vision, technical depth and operational discipline to build high-performing delivery organisations and execute complex infrastructure at scale, reporting to CEOs, VPs, Country Heads and Boards.

As Construction Director – Energy Projects at Ratch Australia Corporation, I established the project delivery division supporting a 1.6GW operating portfolio and 1.8GW pipeline. My remit spans governance and assurance from Development through FID, construction and handover. I have led multi-contract procurement strategies, design optimisation to improve yield and reduce CAPEX, operating model uplift, and regulatory strategies to unlock approvals.

Previously, as Head of Construction at OX2 Australia, I built the construction function to deliver a 2.4GW solar and BESS pipeline, implemented governance and CAPEX frameworks, de-risked early works, and led EPCM execution of OX2’s first Australian hybrid project.

At Rio Tinto, as Development Director – Renewables, I led the Pilbara decarbonisation program, developing over 1GW of solar, wind and BESS and bringing the company’s first 100MW solar farm to FID.

At Vestas Australia, I served as Construction Director overseeing 12 EPC wind farms totalling 2.7GW and leading 160+ staff, stabilising distressed assets and strengthening margins. As Senior Contracts Manager, I resolved major disputes, secured EOTs and mitigated LD exposure.

Earlier, I delivered major HV and renewable infrastructure across Africa, including Seychelles’ largest grid upgrade at Consolidated Power Projects and 200MW+ of EPC wind projects at Vestas South Africa.

I hold Electrical Engineering and Project Management qualifications with advanced training in HV infrastructure and governance, and am recognised for people-first leadership, commercial acumen and delivery excellence in complex, bankable renewable portfolios.
