Conpower

Your engineering.
Our infrastructure.
Australia’s future.

Engineering that gets built.

Too often, engineers hand over designs and never see them brought to life.
At CPP, it’s different.

As a full engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractor with one of Australia’s largest in-house engineering teams, we don’t just design infrastructure, we build it.

You’ll work on nationally significant transmission, renewable energy and high-voltage projects, following your work from concept and design through construction, commissioning and energisation. It’s the full EPC lifecycle, giving you the opportunity to solve complex challenges, see your ideas become reality and own outcomes every step of the way.

Primary, Secondary, Civil, Structural, Buildings, Building Services, Site Services and Transmission line engineering.

The people you’ll work with. Some of Australia’s most respected engineers, specialists and technical experts.

Colleagues who challenge you, raise the standard, share knowledge and make you better.

Where you can take it.
Above-market salaries and flexible working arrangements across our Adelaide, Perth, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane offices.

Real investment in your development, clear pathways, study assistance and a reputation for promoting from within — across every engineering discipline.

A genuine path to Chartered.
As an Engineers Australia partner, we’ve built a streamlined path to Chartered status and the NER — and it can fast-track state accreditations like RPEQ and RPEV.

Just starting out?
The Charles Wright Graduate Program — named for a former CPP President who spent two decades mentoring young engineers — gives graduates the opportunity to learn from some of the most experienced engineers in the industry, with exposure to real project work from day one and a two-year rotational program across primary, secondary and commissioning disciplines.

Graduate Program

Consolidated Power Projects (CPP) proudly offers the Charles Wright Graduate Program, a unique initiative designed to equip engineering graduates with the skills and experience needed to thrive in the high-voltage (HV) electrical construction industry.

Graduates undertake rotational placements across primary and secondary engineering disciplines, gaining hands-on experience in design, testing, and commissioning while working on major HV infrastructure projects across Australia. The two-year program also offers insights into project management, safety, quality, and environmental practices.

Engineers Australia

CPP has partnered with Engineers Australia (EA) to streamline the chartership process and significantly enhance our operational efficiency, directly contributing to our business goals.

Our engineers, now Chartered, have gained invaluable skills and recognition through the Engineers Australia Workforce Credentialling (EWC) partnership. The EWC has added immense value, driving innovation and excellence within our Engineering team and elevating our overall performance and industry standing.

EA Membership, NER and Chartered status are all covered by this partnership and it can also provide a streamlined pathway to achieving state based mandatory accreditations, for example Queensland’s RPEQ or Victoria’s RPEV.

The pipeline of work is baked in and it will be there for decades to come.
