Dan is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in the High Voltage construction industry and more than a decade in senior roles. Since joining CPP, he has played a key role in delivering complex infrastructure projects across Australia, including substations, grid-scale batteries, wind generation assets, and synchronous condensers.

Appointed General Manager of Operations in South Australia in 2025, Dan brings strong operational expertise across construction, engineering, project management, procurement, HSE, and workforce leadership. He is widely recognised for his integrity, accountability, and practical, solutions-focused leadership.
