Graduate Program
Consolidated Power Projects (CPP) proudly offers the Charles Wright Graduate Program, a unique initiative designed to equip engineering graduates with the skills and experience needed to thrive in the high-voltage (HV) electrical construction industry.
Named in honour of former CPP President Charles Wright, who dedicated two decades to the company and was passionate about mentoring young engineers, the program reflects his commitment to technical excellence and career development.
Graduates undertake rotational placements across primary and secondary engineering disciplines, gaining hands-on experience in design, testing, and commissioning while working on major HV infrastructure projects across Australia. The two-year program also offers insights into project management, safety, quality, and environmental practices.
Engineers Australia
CPP have partnered with Engineers Australia (EA) to streamline the chartership process and significantly enhance our operational efficiency, directly contributing to our business goals.
Our engineers, now Chartered, have gained invaluable skills and recognition through the Engineers Australia Workforce Credentialling (EWC) partnership. The EWC has added immense value, driving innovation and excellence within our Engineering team and elevating our overall performance and industry standing.
EA Membership, NER and Chartered status are all covered by this partnership and it can also provide a streamlined pathway to achieving state based mandatory accreditations, for example Queensland’s RPEQ or Victorias RPEV.
