Our Projects

The Nyngan Solar Plant or Farm is the largest operating Solar Plant in Australia. At the time of construction, it was the largest solar plant in the southern hemisphere.

The Hornsdale Wind Farm is located at Hornsdale, approximately 30km north of Jamestown in South Australia. When completed, it will consist of 99 wind turbines with a generation capacity of 315 megawatts.

The SA Water Pumps projects involved the replacement of eight water pump station substations at various locations across South Australia.

Design four grid connections including 3 MV delivery stations and 1 MV substation covering civil, primary, secondary and overhead line designs at Dubbo, Narromine, Griffith and Parkes.

The 250MW Snowtown Wind Farm Stage II development was constructed in the Barunga Ranges near Snowtown in rural South Australia and comprises 90 Siemens 3MW wind turbine generators.

The Kiata Wind Farm project is a 29.7 MW wind farm consisting of 9 Vestas V126 3.45MW wind turbine generators (WTGs) connected into the National Electricity Market (NEM). 

The 100MW Hornsdale Battery Energy Storage System will be the world’s largest lithium ion battery installation.

Construction of Bald Hills Wind Farm located approximately 10km south east of Tarwin Lower in South Gippsland, Victoria on a site of approximately 1750ha of largely cleared cattle and sheep grazing farm land.  

Mt Lock substation was designed for the Hornsdale 1 Wind Farm and was to support the future expansion of the Hornsdale Wind Farm Projects.

Blyth West substation is located near the Blyth township in South Australia and connected to the Snowtown Wind Farm (Stage 2) via a 275kV mono-pole overhead line.

The Mudgeeraba Substation project was initiated to provide additional capacity and to secure the electricity supply for the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games.

Consolidated Power Projects was the electrical balance of plant contractor for the Musselroe Wind Farm project as contracted by Hydro Tasmania.
